Should I use a spoofer?+

A spoofer is usually discussed in hardware ID related scenarios. In this demo panel, it is not required.

  • When to consider it? If you have hardware/device related access problems and inconsistent validation.
  • When is it unnecessary? If key validation and loader/download flow are stable.
  • Note: Prefer checking system stability first instead of disabling security features.
Tip: If the issue continues, open a support ticket and include logs/screenshots.
I can't disable Control Flow Guard+

Control Flow Guard (CFG) is a Windows security feature and should usually remain enabled.

  • Try the latest build and restart your PC.
  • Check Windows Update and GPU driver versions.
  • On managed devices, policies may lock these settings.
Do I need to use a VPN?+

Usually no. A VPN can solve some routing issues, but often increases latency.

  • Restart modem/router and clear browser cache first.
  • Check whether firewall/antivirus is blocking traffic.
  • Use VPN only if you have ISP/routing or regional access issues.
Can I lend my subscription to a friend?+

In general, keys/subscriptions are intended for a single user. Sharing can create security and support issues.

  • Sharing may cause key lock or cancellation.
  • Best practice: use one key per user.
I can't disable Virtualization Based Security (VBS)+

VBS is a Windows security mechanism. On most systems, keeping it enabled is preferred.

  • If you see compatibility issues, test with the latest stable build first.
  • BIOS/UEFI virtualization settings and policy locks may affect behavior.
  • On enterprise devices, these settings may be managed centrally.
Note: Do not change security settings unless you clearly understand the impact.
I keep getting blue-screens+

BSOD is often driver or hardware related. Start with baseline stability checks.

  • Update GPU, chipset, and network drivers.
  • Disable overclocking and run a RAM test.
  • Check Event Viewer / minidump for the exact error source.
FiveM install not found+

This error usually appears when FiveM or the game folder cannot be detected.

  • Launch FiveM once, then close it (to create required files).
  • If game location changed, select the correct directory.
  • Confirm write permissions for the folder.
Do you support FiveM's Canary/Beta?+

Stable channel is recommended for the most consistent experience. Canary/Beta can have temporary compatibility issues.

  • If you face issues, switch to stable and test again.
  • Support timing may vary after major upstream updates.
It's not loading up on FiveM+

When it does not load, a step-by-step basic check usually resolves it.

  • Verify key format and validate again.
  • Download the latest build and retry.
  • Check firewall/antivirus blocking rules.
  • Disable overlays/recording tools and relaunch.
